When you make a payment to boost a country's flag on our platform, you are making a contribution to our global competition. Each $1 boost is considered a completed transaction once processed, and the boost is immediately applied to your selected country's ranking.
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
Due to the immediate application of boosts to the global competition rankings, all boost payments are generally non-refundable. Once a country has been boosted and the transaction has been completed, we cannot reverse the impact on the competition standings.
4. Exceptions for Technical Issues
We may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- Failed Transactions: If you were charged for a boost, but the boost was not applied to your selected country due to a technical error on our part.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were inadvertently charged multiple times for the same boost due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a transaction was made without your authorization.
5. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed above:
